Photography Walking Tour Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

  • All photography walking tours must be booked and paid for in advance through our website or in-store.

  • Tour slots are subject to availability, and bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

  • Participants must be at least [age requirement, e.g., 18 years old] or accompanied by a responsible adult.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund.

  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hrs before the tour or for no-shows.

  • The company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unforeseen circumstances, including adverse weather conditions. In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

3. Health and Safety

  • Participants are responsible for their own safety during the tour and must follow the guide's instructions at all times.

  • The company is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during the tour.

  • Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear for walking and weather conditions.

4. Equipment

  • Participants are encouraged to bring their own photography equipment. The company is not responsible for any damage or loss of personal equipment during the tour.

  • Rental equipment, if available, must be booked in advance and returned in the same condition as provided.

5. Copyright and Usage Rights

  • Any photos taken during the tour remain the intellectual property of the participant. However, the company may request permission to share participant photos for promotional purposes, with full credit given to the photographer.

6. Code of Conduct

  • Participants must respect the guide, other participants, and the local environment during the tour.

  • Any disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal from the tour without a refund.

7. Liability

  • The company will not be held responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond its control.

  • Participants acknowledge that participation in the tour is at their own risk.

8. Changes to Terms

  • The company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes in advance of their tour date.
