Christmas Delivery Notice 16 December 2025

With Christmas fast approaching, we’d like to give our customers a quick heads-up regarding deliveries.

Due to exceptionally high demand with courier networks at the moment — particularly in the Dublin area — we can no longer guarantee that online orders placed now will arrive in time for Christmas. While we continue to dispatch orders promptly from our Galway store (typically within 3–5 working days), some delays may be outside of our control.

For customers elsewhere in Ireland, deliveries are becoming increasingly tight as Christmas approaches, and we recommend placing orders as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

If you’re local to Galway, or would prefer peace of mind, Click & Collect is available and is a great option to guarantee your order is ready for you in time for Christmas.

As always, we’ll do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible, and we truly appreciate your patience and support during this busy time of year.

Delivery

We offer a 1 - 5 working day delivery service within Ireland.
We currently use GLS Couriers as our preferred carrier. A standard delivery charge of €7.50 applies to all deliveries for orders under €150. All deliveries over €150 are free of charge. These are tracked for all orders placed by 2pm and are sent for delivery the next day (if the item is in stock). 

We also offer a click and collect service.
There are no fees and you can pick up your items in-store within an hour of placing your order. To use this service, select "Click & Collect" when placing your order.
